Easy Recipes for Busy Bodies


Pork Shoulder

Take 1/2 of a jar of Fredericksburg Farms Texas Sweet Jalapeno Mustard and cover the entire pork shoulder. Then season with salt, pepper and a mild chili powder to taste. Cook at 300 degrees in oven til meat temp reaches 185 degrees (approx. 1 hour per pound). Then wrap in foil with 1/2 bottle of your favorite Fredericksburg Farms BBQ Sauce - Texas Firepit BBQ, South Texas Mesquite BBQ, or Peach Pecan BBQ. Pull from oven when meat temp reaches 200 degrees and let it rest for 20 minutes.


Brisket

Take 1/2 of a jar of Fredericksburg Farms Texas Sweet Jalapeno Mustard and cover the entire brisket. Then season with salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Cook at 300 degrees in oven til meat temp reaches 185 degrees (approx. 1 hour per pound). Then wrap in foil with 1/2 bottle of your favorite Fredericksburg Farms BBQ Sauce - Texas Firepit BBQ, South Texas Mesquite BBQ, or Peach Pecan BBQ. Pull from oven when meat temp reaches 200 degrees and let it rest for 20 minutes.


Pork Ribs

Take 1/3 of a jar of Fredericksburg Farms Texas Sweet Jalapeno Mustard and cover the ribs. Mix together a tablespoon of each: salt, pepper, brown sugar and paprika, then coat the ribs with the mixture. Cook at 300 degrees in oven til meat temp reaches 175 degrees (approx. 45 minutes per pound). Then wrap in foil with 1/2 bottle of your favorite Fredericksburg Farms BBQ Sauce - Texas Firepit BBQ, South Texas Mesquite BBQ, or Peach Pecan BBQ.
