1 package Fredericksburg Farms Texas Trail Drive Chile Mix
1-1/2 pounds elbow macaroni, cooked al dente and drained well
1 medium onion, cut into small dice
1 cup bottled nacho-sliced jalapenos
12 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Prepare the Texas Trail Drive Chile according to package directions, and without beans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir the drained macaroni into the chiles and transfer to a greased 14 x 10-inch baking dish. Scatter the jalapenos and onion over the mixture, then top with the shredded cheese. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Serve hot, with warm flour or corn tortillas.
