Now there are enough hot sauces out there to fill a grocery store, but that’s what most of them taste like – hot! It’s a shame too because we’re sure they’re all made from some good tasting ingredients, but when the heat overpowers the other flavors, those good ingredients just sort of go to waste. When we created our line of hot sauces at Fredericksburg Farms we wanted sauces where the flavor was the first thing you tasted, with the heat coming around in the back of your mouth to mingle with the flavor, creating a “Wow!” experience. Kind of a little “Fiesta for your mouth!” In addition to our chiles, we’ve added the good fresh flavors of fruits and vegetables to our hot sauces - and there’s a flavor for whatever you’re cooking. Just splash some in the pan, or apply at the table. Either way, get ready for a sensory adventure!
