Ingredients

To Serve 4.

4 (6-8 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons Fredericksburg Farms Brown Mustard Basil Bread Dipping Mix
1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup Fredericksburg Farms Sweet Mango Pepper Sauce

Instructions

Trim any fat off chicken breasts and place them in a single layer in a baking dish; set aside.

Combine the Fredericksburg Farms Brown Mustard Basil Bread Dipping Mix, salt and olive oil in a small bowl.  Stir with a fork to make a paste.  Spread a portion of the paste on each chicken breast, covering them completely.  Drizzle an equal portion of the Fredericksburg Farms Sweet Mango Pepper Sauce over each breast, coating well.  Set aside at room temperature for 45 minutes, or refrigerate for 2 hours.

Heat gas grill to medium heat or build a hardwood charcoal fire, letting the coals burn down to the point where they are glowing red, covered by a layer of white ash.  Grill the chicken breasts for about 4 minutes on each side, turning once and basting often with the pepper sauce left in the baking dish, or just until they are cooked through.  Do not overcook.
