Our Green Chile Ole’ Dip Mix makes a mighty fine dip, but we always try to make things even better! Try this zesty version out on your favorite tortilla chips. It’ll make you grin.
Ingredients
Makes about 1-3/4 cups.
1 packageFredericksburg Farms Green Chile Ole’ Dip Mix
8 ounces cream, cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
2 green onions, roughly chopped, including green tops
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in work bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade. Process until smooth. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Note: For optimum, fabulous flavor, make the dip at least an hour before you’re going to serve it so the flavors can get to know each other real well.
