We love Mint Jelly so much we decided to make our own. It is traditionally served with lamb and goes well with leg of lamb, lamb chops, lamb steak, lamb kebabs, lamb stew …… Just be sure to have enough to put in a pretty bowl as a side dish.
This makes a perfect glaze for lamb.
