Peach Pecan Amaretto Preserves

My bf and I were in Snyder Tx a couple of months ago and a lady had the peach pecan amaretto on her table. I love all 3 ingredients and decided to buy a jar. I so wish now that I had bought a few jars! These will make great Christmas gifts!

Our granddaughter spent a weekend in Fredicksburg and bought a bottle of this jelly for my Christmas present. We tried it today on our toast and it is a hit. The best thing is it is only 5 carbs so my diabetic husband could eat it too. Fabulous.

These preserves are divine! The amaretto + peach combo is velvety rich and the soft crunch of the pecans puts it over the top. Great for gifts but buy extra for breakfast on toast, with tapas on cream cheese, or dessert on ice cream.

I've bought probably half a dozen of these in the past few years. It's so tasty that I find myself craving toast just so I can put this on it. I've given quite a few jars away as gifts, and they always get follow-up thanks and raves.

The Peach Pecan Amaretto Preserves are my favorite topping for English muffins. They are also delicious when warmed up and spooned over vanilla ice cream.
