Creating Something New

Each Spring at Fredericksburg Farms, we introduce new items to our product line, and it is exciting to see these new products in actual production after the many steps involved in bringing them to market. We start with an idea, discuss feasibility and costs, make a couple of prototypes, and test them for 6 months. Then if all is good we order supplies for a production run, design packaging and schedule s slot in the manufacturing schedule. Lastly, we find a location in our warehouse for them to land once manufactured. We inspect quality at each step in the process, and our dedicated team makes sure our customers receive the best products we are capable of making After 25 years in business I still get excited about every new product!
