A picnic just isn’t a real picnic without a big ol’ pot of baked beans. But who these days has all day to make a pot of them from scratch? Our Raspberry Peach Chipotle Glaze and canned pre-cooked beans can make yours taste like they cooked all day!


Serves 4-6.

2 (15-ounce) cans Pork and Beans
½ cup Fredericksburg Farms Raspberry Peach Chipotle Glaze
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 small onion, chopped
4 applewood-smoked bacon slices, cut in half at the middle of the slices


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart ovenproof casserole dish, stirring to blend well. Lay the bacon pieces on top of the beans. Place the casserole in preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the bacon is browned on the edges and the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened. Serve hot or at room temperature.
