Our Green Chile Ole Dip mix makes a mighty fine dip, but we always try to make things even better! Try this zesty version out on your favorite tortilla chips. It’ll make you grin.


Makes about 1¾ cups.

1 package Fredericksburg Farms Green Chile Ole Dip
8 ounces cream, cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
2 green onions, roughly chopped, including green tops


Combine all ingredients in work bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade. Process until smooth. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Note: For optimum, fabulous flavor, make the dip at least an hour before you’re going to serve it so the flavors can get to know each other real well.
