VIETNAMESE SHAKING BEEF

Simplicity at its best–Tom’s Bo Luc Lac (Vietnamese Shaking Beef) is the perfect combination of flavorful, tender beef that had marinated to infuse some Honey Red goodness before it was caramelized to perfection! Paired with rice and the bright & light salad–our taste buds were singing!

Ingredients

1 lb. Beef Ribeye, cut into 1-1.5" pieces
2 T. Fredericksburg Farms Honey Red Grilling Glaze
1 t. Minced garlic
1 T. Olive or vegetable oil
1/2 C. Sliced white onion

Instructions

Combine beef, Honey Red Grilling Glaze and minced garlic and refrigerate for at least two hour or up to overnight. Heat oil in wok or skillet. Stir fry beef mixture and onion until cooked through and caramelized on the edges. Serve with rice and salad, dressed with a vinaigrette made of 1 t. sugar, 1 T. soy sauce, 1 t. rice vinegar and 2 t. olive oil.
