Former Texan here...I used to purchase this at our World Market in Greenville, SC, but found out today they no longer carry it. I was heartbroken because I wanted some for my breakfast tacos tomorrow. Got online and decided to order 4 jars so I won't run out any time soon. It has the best flavor and a great heat. I'm just so sad I have to wait for shipping, but it's well worth the wait!
My wife sautéed some onions and scrambled in some eggs with some Mexican cheese. She plated the scramble and we spooned on a tablespoon of this South Texas Salsa Verde… Awesome! We bought this at a World Market as I am always looking for the “Holy Grail” of green salsa Verdes…I think I found it!
