Absolutely the best chili mix I ever used! i bought my first box many many years ago and since then I've purchase up to 8 boxes at a time. My wife and children look forward to the fall and winter when i make my deer chili. At first i used just the box ingredients and followed the directions. Now i add my own ingredients plus what is recommended to add to the flavor of the chili. Thank you Fredericksburg Farm for this product and all your products. LOVE your products. I purchased the Mix at a pecan store in Bertram Texas. Tried with our venison and it was very good! So I ordered more for myself and our hunting partners!
The Venison Chili mix is my family's absolute favorite! I do half venison and half ground beef and use a Texas IPA in the blend. I also use a can of rotel in place of the 2nd can of tomatoes. It comes out awesome every time!!
