I love the smell of the saddle leather. I’m addicted to it. My first order was for 1 tin and the minute I opened it it was very strong but soon calmed to a perfect leather smell. Liked it so much I ordered another tin and got one free. The two newest ones did not start out strong smelling and they never smelled as strong as the first tin. I store the tins closed and in my apartment. The only way they have the leather smell is if I put the closed tin under my body to warm it up and still the scent does not last long. Whatever the black beads are made of they do not absorb the smell enough to last very long.
I would go with the hanging freshener over the tin can definitely not as strong but still smells great, I also bought the candles and again smells great but could be stronger.
The scent is great when/if you can smell it. I have three, yes three, of these canisters on the dash in my truck in direct sunlight and still only get a whiff of the scent every once in a while. I thought these would be great like most of their other products but was definitely let down.

Received two cent cans from your store both cans were dried out and meeting very little sent if any very disappointed.
On the back of the fragrance tins, we printed a line that says, 'More Sun = More Aroma, Less Sun = Less Aroma. Try that and let us know how that works. The fragrance beads are cooked in an oven and are never wet when opened. The fragrance is cooked into the beads.
