We created this tasty recipe for the non-beef eaters out there who want a good bowl of chili. Just saute up some chicken (we love to use boneless thigh meat) or turkey, add some onions and chicken stock to our secret blend of herbs and spices, and cook it for an hour. Ladle yourself a big bowl and top it with a generous dollop of sour cream and a scattering of fresh minced cilantro! Dig in!

So SO Good!!!

I bought this seasoning at Central Market in Houston because I've just been to Colorado and loved the green chili sauce they did on almost everything (so I've been trying to duplicate it here at home)! I had about 3 lbs of bone in chicken thighs and threw them in my pressure cooker with some diced onion and garlic. After browning a few minutes, I added the whole packet of this seasoning (2 oz) and a pint of turkey stock. Cooked for 20 minutes and the chicken was falling off the bone. The pint was actually too much liquid, but it made an awesome flavor!! I added about a tablespoon of salt. The flavor of this seasoning is perfect. It didn't need anything else and the flavors were just spot on!! As I said, the pint of turkey stock was too much so my dilemma today is what to make to use the rest of the juice with!! It will NOT go to waste!! This item will be a staple in my house from now on!!
