To Serve 4.

1ΒΌ pounds (16-20 count shrimp), peeled and deveined with tail section left intact
Applewood smoked bacon slices
Red bell pepper, cut into long strips
Fredericksburg Farms Longhorn Dip Mix
Fredericksburg Farms Orange Chipotle Grilling Glaze


Preheat grill to high heat, then turn down to low. Wrap a half slice of the bacon around each shrimp paired with a strip of the red bell pepper. Pierce through the bacon, red bell pepper and shrimp with a toothpick to keep the brochette intact. Season with Longhorn Dip Mix. Place on preheated grill and grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until bacon is browned and shrimp are opaque throughout. Brush the shrimp with Orange Chipotle Grilling Glaze while grilling. Pass additional Orange Chipotle Grilling Glaze at the table.
