RANCH STYLE BBQ CHICKEN

1 T. olive oil 1 medium onion, sliced 4½ chicken breasts 1 T. Char Crust ½ t. salt 2 T. chopped cilantro ½ cup Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese 4 T. Fredericksburg Farms Peach Pecan Bar-B-Q Sauce Salt & Pepper to taste |

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In an ovenproof skillet, saute onions in oil until lightly golden, salt and pepper to taste. Remove the pan and set aside. Gently sprinkle the ½ breasts with the Char Crust, then the salt. Saute breasts for two minutes on each side. Combine cheeses and cilantro. Spread one tablespoon of Peach Pecan Bar-B-Q Sauce on each breast. Divide evenly the sauteed onions between breasts, followed by the cheese/cilantro mixture. Bake for seven minutes.
