Ginger didn't originate in Texas but it got here as fast as it could! We paired it with apricots for a great grilling glaze on pork or chicken. Get really sassy and bake it with Brie wrapped in puff pastry! Pardon me ... my mouth is watering!

NOTE - This is more of a glaze than a preserve. This was in response to customer input. We will be relabeling to say Apricot Ginger Glaze

Very good taste but ...

I had tried to order an apricot ginger chutney for a recipe. Hard pressed to find that outside of England or India so I decided to try this brand. This is really good tasting and we'll happily use it but not in the recipe that call for a chutney. I am not an expert on any of this by any means so I can only go by my taste. It really is good.

I fell I love with this apricot ginger preserves about 10-11 years ago. It’s delicious on toast with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Sadly, I no longer can find it at my local Whole Foods. Heartbreak.
