Coffee was a dietary mainstay for the Texas cowboy. Whether herding cattle up the trail to market or working on a large ranch, the cowboy would often spend long hours in the saddle alone. At the beginning and end of each day, a good cup of java was mighty welcome.

A few years back some of our innovative Texas chefs began experimenting with making coffee-flavored rubs to use on their grilled steaks. The results were met with great public acceptance. Best steak rub!!

We've been using the Java Steak Rub for a few years. We are so hooked, it's the best seasoning. The local boutique store that carried it closed, so we order online and stock up. We're not huge red meat eaters but this on a filet is the best! You won't be disappointed.

GREAT PRODUCT

I'm lucky enough to have a man who enjoys cooking out. I bought the Java Steak Rub and several other Fredericksburg Farms products for him to try one Father's Day. We LOVE the Java Steak Rub - it gives our grilled beef a fantastic flavor!! Only thing is they keep selling out in our local store, so I'm looking at ordering online. Like the shaker bottle idea also!
