4 oz Cream cheese
1/2 Jalapeacheño Jelly and Glaze
1/2 lb Pork Breakfast sausage (Regular or Spicy)
1 Pork Tenderloin


Start by browning your breakfast sausage in a skillet until golden brown, then drain off excess grease. In a small mixing bowl add breakfast sausage, cream cheese and mix. Add your Jalapeacheño Jelly and Glaze and combine and set aside.
Take your pork tenderloin and cut in half but not all the way through on top so your stuffing stays in. Grab your filling and stuff your pork take some toothpicks and close the top the best you can. Best cooked on a grill ounce half way cooked take a brush and coat pork with more of the jelly/glaze every 5 or so min for more flavor or baked in the oven as well . Savory and Sweet Bon Appetit!
