Preheat a grill to 350 degrees. Mix the 2 packets of Hog Wild Pork Rub with enough olive oil to make a paste. Rub the paste on the ribs and allow them to sit for 2-3 hours.
To make the Glaze: Combine Honey Red Grilling Glaze, Peach Pecan Bar-B-Que Sauce and the brown sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Drizzle enough of the glaze over the ribs with a large spoon to coat both sides. Place the ribs on the grill and sear both sides for about 5 minutes per side. Lower the grill to approximately 225 degrees. Turn the racks of ribs after 10 minutes and apply more glaze. Continue turning the ribs and applying glaze every ten minutes until the ribs are cooked through. (about 1 – 1.5 hours). Remove the ribs from the grill and place in a cold oven to rest for about 15 minutes. Slice the ribs on a cutting board and serve with the remaining glaze.
