What is your favorite summertime meal? I asked around and heard about these favorites from some of our staff. Barbecued Chicken and Street Corn, cooked outside on the grill accompanied by Watermelon Margaritas. Another person offered up Beef Kebabs with Onions, Bell peppers and Mushrooms cooked on the skewers along with the meat accompanied by a cold frosty beer.
