I was genuinely disappointed with this purchase. I specifically ordered a gift basket because I wanted a professionally assembled presentation that I could give as a gift without having to do any additional work.
Unfortunately, that wasn't what I received. The thin plastic wrap around the basket had torn during shipping, leaving packing peanuts scattered throughout the basket and mixed in with the gift items. The basket itself arrived broken, and because the contents were not secured in place, everything had shifted around and looked messy when opened.
The products themselves appear to be fine, but the presentation was not at all what I expected from a gift basket. The entire reason I paid for a pre-assembled gift was to avoid having to rebuild and repackage it myself before giving it to someone.
I hope the company takes a closer look at its packaging and shipping process because the quality of the presentation should match the quality of the products inside.
First, let me say if you received an order damaged in shipment, please call our customer service at 830-997-0960. Sometimes orders that leave our warehouse in good shape are damaged in shipping. We do our best to make it right with our customers. Believe it or not we get more complaints about using too many packing peanuts in orders. Thank you for your business.
